The idea of Sari was born from Roberto Carbone, a young entrepreneur from Catania and food technologist. Roberto invests resources, knowledge, energy and time in the experience of growing aromatic and medicinal plants on the slopes of the volcano, in a small plot of property, a graduation gift from his parents: a small paradise inside the Etna Park, between Mount Ilice and Mount Gorna, in the Grotta Comune district of Trecastagni. Roberto did not inherit a family culture in the agricultural sector, but decided to stay in his own land.
